How a Grant Consultancy Scaled Using Workshops

A grant consultancy that had grown through reputation and word-of-mouth came to me looking to take their business to the next level. They’d reached the ceiling of what scrappy tactics could accomplish and needed a structured marketing strategy to expand their reach.

  • Thought Leadership: Repurposed workshop content into ongoing LinkedIn posts on both the founder’s and company’s pages.

  • Scalable System: Built a repeatable playbook for workshop outreach and content repurposing, reducing ad-hoc execution.
